  • I Come From Humble Family

  • Was Average in my academics and Above Average in my co curricular activities
  • I remember going to boarding school with a feeling of going to Hogwarts to learn mystic arts and guess what I did, But the Indian Way that’s when I was introduced to Yoga.
  • Once I was out of my boarding school at the age of 16 which is after my 10 th grade I abused my body for the next 2 years. Stepping out of my boarding school at 16 changed my life, I spent eating as much junk as possible and with an ego that I am an athlete and would get back on my routine and discipline which I had in my boarding school to be the athlete I was but by the end of two years it turned out I was completely unhealthy physical and mental, i had lost my self image , Self Esteem & gained weight. After two years of procrastinating to be healthy
  • Fun fact: I was an athlete who happened to represent state & national levels and yet fell prey to my tongue which led me to abuse my body by wrong food habits which affected my physical and mental wellbeing. I was directionless, depressed and confused about my health.

I WAS SCARED TO LOOK AT MYSELF IN THE MIRROR OR

EVEN TAKE PICTURE OF ME

  • I weighed more than 85kg and I had low self esteem and my people told me I was too heavy to do high jump which was true…
  • THINGS HAVE CHANGED A LOT FOR ME SINCE I ENDED UP PURSUING MY BACHELORS DEGREE IN NATUROPATHY AND YOGIC SCIENCE

 

BUT THE MADNESS TO CHANGE MYSELF TO BE HEALTHY CHANGED EVERYTHING

 

  • As I promised to myself  to practise daily physical activity and be regular and consistent in what I want to achieve in terms of my health status,
  • For the next few months. I woke up at 5:30 am,went running , then followed by an hour of yoga . I was being educated about the medical science of the human body for the next 5 and half years .
  •  During these 5 ½ years had a great opportunity to be a part of various events like
  • I Remember being given the opportunity by my seniors, by my lecturers, by my college, by Dr. Veerendra Heggade, to be a part of “Largest Yoga Class”organised by Shantivana Trust on December 13, 2013 at 47 locations in Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts & entered “Guinness Book”
  • There were as many as 62,824 people participating and the event was guided by 105 Demonstrators & I was one of the Demonstrators, along with the help of more than 2,100 volunteers.

  • I am Grateful 😇 to be a part of such event in my life.

WHEN I FINISHED MY BACHELOR’S DEGREE, I APPLIED WHAT I LEARNED FROM YOGIC & NATUROPATHY TEXTS IN THE REAL WORLD.

  • Yogic Texts & Naturopathy wasn’t just a concept, it fed my curiosity, equipped my thinking, educated me and built my basic fundamentals to look how the world is & this again led me to think what’s the best way i can feed this Curiosity more &
  • Then I ended up going to the USA to participate in the Seventh Annual International Plant-Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference by The Plantrician Project in Oakland, California, United states of America from 22–25, September-2019.
  • Participated in a workshop By Dr.Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr, MD On,

Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Reversal: the Esselstyn Program, In Oakland, California, United states of America on September 21, 2019.

Mastering Health didn’t just make me feel healthy, it gave me a sense of purpose , purpose of helping and educating people and equipping them with the right tools to be healthy and this led me to a meaningful and powerful force to make an impact on people’s lifestyle .

As they say “Health is Wealth”,

Not the other way around

“Your Health” is wealth because when you are healthy physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally you are equipped with all the tools to set out and achieve the wealth & good relationships which you deserve.
