Shipping Charges
Within India, we deliver our customer’s orders with zero shipment cost. Shipping charges are paid by Sushrut Ayurved Industries.
Order Processing Time
All orders that we receive will be processed within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays in shipment due to shortage of products, it will be communicated to the user over phone / email.
Delivery Time
Ideally, all the orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 days’ time. However, due to natural calamities, any events which are not in the scope of Sushrut Ayurved Industries, a tentative delivery date will be given to customers. Either customer OR Sushrut Ayurved Industries holds the authority to cancel the order if the order cannot be delivered in time. In course of cancellation of the order, a complete refund will be initiated to the customer. It may take up to 7 business days to get the refunds.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on our website by providing the order number.
The order may get canceled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
- The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
- On customer’s request.
- The shipping address is not serviceable.
- Any other reason beyond the control of Sushrut Ayurved Industries.
